I bought two homes and sold one home prior to getting my real estate license in 2014. The experience was intimidating and unpleasant:
- I felt uninformed about the process which was unbelievably scary.
- I wasn’t sure if I should trust my Realtor’s expertise because I wasn’t sure how much business they had done in the past.
- I felt intimidated by the customary “Real Estate Process” and all the “Required Paperwork and Disclosures”.
- The best part about the entire process was when it was over.
I knew I could provide a better experience for home buyers and sellers, so I left my secure management job with the State and dove into Real Estate full time. Four years later I’m happy to say that I’ve learned a lot and still have a lot left to learn. But I’ve been able to shape my PHILOSOPHY which I believe helps my clients to have a good experience and equates to success in any Real Estate transaction:
Responsiveness is Everything
All Information must be Transparent
Knowledge of the Contract is Powerful
Understand the Perspective of the Other side of the transaction
Take Every Advantage Possible
Consistent practice of this simple philosophy has helped my clients and I achieve our goals of successful Real Estate transactions in the Greater Sacramento Area.
